Kids Knight Halloween Costume Review {WholesaleHalloweenCostumes.com}

Halloween is one of my absolute favorite holidays. I was so excited when Chase was born October 30th, the day before Halloween. He's my little pumpkin! We'll he isn't so little anymore. He is turning four this year. I hope he enjoys dressing up and the fun of Halloween like I did.
Last year I made Chase his costume. Now with Vallon being mobile it is hard to get any sewing done, let alone find the time. So, we got this awesome costume from Wholesale Halloween Costumes.com. They have a fun selection of knight costumes.

This year he is my knight in shining armor!

What is a knight?
He is loyal, honorable, generous and polite. He fights for his king and kingdom.

What is included with the costume?
There are many aspects of costumes for knights including chest armor covered with a fitted jacket or vest. Chase's costume came with:
•The top with attached cape. It is one piece with many layers.
•Long black shorts with an elastic waist
•Shin guards to pull up over his legs to make it look like he is wearing boots
•A belt
**The sword and shield were not included, we already had them.

We got a size 6. It is a little big on Chase but it will serve us well. It gets very cold here and sometimes even snows on Halloween. :( This way he will be able to wear many layers and still fit his costume on top. The stitching isn't bad. It may need some repairs after a bit of wear.

What do we love about it?
I love that Chase can use his imagination and become a character that he emulates. I like that there aren't too many pieces of the costume. So it is easy to get it on and off. Plus you can get it for under $30.

What would I change?
The only thing I didn't like was the PVC package it came in. I tossed that right away.
What do I think overall?
We are happy with this costume. It isn't the most eco friendly product but sometimes you have to make a compromise. There is no way we could afford a handmade costume this year. So we will use this costume many times and Chase will pass it on to his little brother. The stiching isn't bad and I could easily repair it if we got a tear.
